Each of our homes are individually crafted to be unique. Dave and Michael oversee each job personally. Our sub-contractors have been working with us for years, which ensures continued quality.
We use the Zip System exterior sheathing because we feel this system is better, and more efficient than using a house-wrap product. We also build our homes using a true footing and stem foundation with interior footings on the inside of the slab to support load bearing walls. Four 1/2" pieces of rebar and 3500 psi concrete is used in the footings.
